1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Ollie, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the service. If you use Ollie on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or older if required by your local law) to use Ollie. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use Ollie with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Medical and Mental Health Disclaimer

Ollie is for educational and self-guided wellness support only. Ollie does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, or crisis services. If you are in crisis or believe you may harm yourself or others, contact local emergency services immediately.

4. Service Description

Ollie provides AI-assisted social anxiety training workflows that may include diagnostic onboarding, tailored exposure task suggestions, post-task debriefing, and adaptive difficulty tuning. Individual outcomes vary, and no specific improvement results are guaranteed.

5. Accounts and Responsible Use

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

6. Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing

• Paid features may be offered as monthly, annual, or lifetime plans where available.
• Trials and pricing may vary by region and are shown before purchase.
• Digital subscriptions on iOS and Android are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Billing, cancellation, and refund processing for in-app purchases are governed by the store where you purchased.
• We do not control store-specific refund decisions, except where required by law.

7. License

Subject to these terms, Ollie grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the service for personal, non-commercial use.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Reverse engineer, copy, scrape, or exploit the service beyond permitted use.
• Use Ollie in unlawful, harmful, abusive, or deceptive ways.
• Attempt to disrupt service security, availability, or performance.
• Misrepresent your identity or submit false account information.

9. Intellectual Property

Ollie, including its software, design, branding, content, and features, is owned by Ollie and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for rights explicitly granted in these terms, all rights are reserved.

10. Feedback

If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback, you grant Ollie a worldwide, royalty-free right to use that feedback to improve products and services, without obligation to you.

11. Service Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of Ollie at any time. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate major changes that materially impact users.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if needed to protect users, legal compliance, or service integrity. You may stop using Ollie at any time.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

Ollie is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ollie and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of the service.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where Ollie operates, unless a different law is required by your local consumer protection rights.

16. App Store Terms

If you download Ollie from Apple App Store or Google Play, you also agree to the relevant platform terms. Apple and Google are not responsible for Ollie content, support, or warranty obligations beyond what is required by law.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
